Bio
Mr. Mollerup is the managing partner of Benoit Law. His practice focuses on insurance defense, workers compensation defense, construction disputes, and commercial litigation. He joined Benoit Law in August 2009 after completing a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Randy J. Stoker, 5th District Judge in Twin Falls, Idaho.
Mr. Mollerup is a preeminent AV rated attorney by his peers through Martindale-Hubbell and has represented clients before the Idaho Industrial Commission as well as Idaho’s State and Federal Courts.
Mr. Mollerup loves the open spaces and outdoor activities that Southern Idaho has to offer. In his free time, Mr. Mollerup enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, fly fishing, golfing and camping.
