Mr. Mollerup joined the Benoit firm in August, 2009 after completing a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Randy J. Stoker, 5th District Judge in Twin Falls, Idaho. Mr. Mollerup graduated from the University of Utah in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Mr. Mollerup then pursued his law degree from Drake University graduating in 2008 earning his Juris Doctorate, with honors. While earning his law degree Mr. Mollerup served as an Articles Editor on the Drake Journal of Agricultural Law and gained legal experience as a law clerk with Whitfield & Eddy P.L.C. in Des Moines, Iowa. Mr. Mollerup is a member of the American Bar Association, the Idaho State Bar Association, the Fifth District Bar Association, the Theron Ward American Inns of Court, the Defense Research Institute, and the Idaho Association of Defense Counsel. Mr. Mollerup’s practice includes personal injury litigation, both plaintiff's and defense, workers compensation, insurance coverage disputes, business and commercial litigation, products liability, and contract and real estate claims.
