Mr. Alexander has been in practice with the Benoit
Law firm in
Twin Falls since 1964. He graduated from the University of Idaho earning a
Bachelor of Science degree in 1961 and a law degree in 1964. Mr. Alexander's emphasis has been in litigation, with a
depth of experience in personal injury cases, professional liability (including medical, legal and accounting), products liability and business
litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants, but primarily
defendants. For the past fifteen years, Mr. Alexander has devoted
approximately one-half of his practice to mediation and arbitration and is
a hearing officer for the State of Idaho, Personnel Department.
Mr. Alexander is a past director of the Idaho Law Foundation, past
president of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Idaho Chapter, past
president of the Idaho Association of Defense Counsel, a Fellow of the
American College of Trial Lawyers, a Fellow of the American Bar
Foundation, past president and master of the Theron W. Ward Chapter of the
American Inns of Court.
